Hello and Welcome! I am so happy you followed me, The Fairy Godmother, as I rode on the back of my cat, Jimmer, through the magical valley of imagination.

Meet Jimmer
Hi, I am Jimmer, and I believe in fairies! I am a real cat and live in Echo Park, California.
This book is based on the magical night I met the garden fairies for the first time. I shared my adventure with my mommy (The Fairy Godmother), and she wrote it down word for word. I asked my grandma if she could draw pictures of me and the fairies, and she was excited to help.
I now have my very own story to share with you and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Author's Bio
Erika Meier, Author
Erika Meier, also known as “The Fairy Godmother,” has lived in Echo Park since 2011. She is thrilled to have self-published her first children’s book, inspiring imagination and celebrating nature. She enjoys camping in the mountains and among the California Redwoods. Her mornings are spent drinking coffee on her front porch while hand-feeding peanuts to “Betsy the Squirrel” and “Scrub Daddy” the Blue Jay.
Linda Dahl, Illustrator
Linda Dahl (Erika’s mother-in-law) lives and creates her art in Moorpark, California. Her favorite mediums are watercolor, ink, colored pencil, and collage. She is passionate about gardening, and in her younger years, she loved to go backpacking and hiking with her husband, Ted.
